Time to replace my GPS?
I have been using a Garmin Geko GPS for a few years to geocache. Lately it has been pretty wonky – and I can’t blame it on where we are because it does it everywhere. It seems the arrow can’t make a decision!
It also shuts itself off on occasion, but that has been happening for a long time.
Time to replace?
This is a world of throw away devices. If you’re having problems with yours you can pick up a new one for about $100 and it probably will work better and be more user friendly than the one you currently have.
It’d be terrible if you had planned an excursion that you wanted to use your GPS for and then having it fail on you.
